She advises investors, homebuyers and globally minded clients on international residential property opportunities, helping them build diversified portfolios and achieve their long-term financial and lifestyle objectives.
Throughout her career, Shu Ling has been involved in the marketing and promotion of hundreds of international residential developments in Malaysia, with extensive experience across the United Kingdom as well as key markets in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. She has helped clients identify opportunities aligned with their investment goals, wealth preservation strategies and lifestyle aspirations.

Luqman is an International Residential Sales Negotiator at JLL Malaysia, specialising in international residential property investments across key global markets including the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan.
With a background spanning wealth management, banking and financial services, Luqman brings a strong understanding of investment planning, client relationship management and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining JLL, he held relationship management roles with HSBC and Maybank, advising affluent clients on financial and investment solutions.
Luqman holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol and combines his legal and financial knowledge to help clients make informed property investment decisions.
